Paul Colling and Andrew Roaden finish the Great Manchester 10k Run

Paul Colling, Stephen Smith and Andrew Roaden all ran the Great Manchester 10k Run on 20th May 2007. Paul Colling ran in place of his wife Joanne after she had to pull out due to training related injuries. However, Joanne was not to be left out and came along to cheer everyone round - rather loudly !! The intrepid three ran in memory of Lucas Roaden whose parents Andrew and Helen stayed at Edward House for a month in 2005.

Supported by family and friends, the three raised £1177 and all finished the run in under an hour - with Paul being by far the speediest. A great day was had by spectators and runners alike and apparently - they're all looking forward to doing it again next year!! Good for you!!
